The Dunbar Memorial Garden will host its Second Annual "Native Plant Sale" on Saturday, May 21, 2011 from 10am until 2pm. The sale will take place at the front entrance of Dunbar High School, 1600 Man O' War Blvd.

This event is co-sponsored by the Jesse Higginbotham Technology Trust and the Dunbar Beta Club. Perennial native plants will sell for $2 to $10 depending on size and species. Cash only, please.

Plants you may expect to find at our sale include:
Bee balm -  Coreopsis -  Coneflowers -  Goldenrod - Wild bergamot - Nodding wild onion -  Rattlesnake master -  Sunflowers - Beardtongue - Blazing Star - Cup Plant - Asters - and more!
Small quantities of native grasses and shrubs will also be available.
